Juneau, Alaska

Juneau is the state capital of Alaska and is ONLY accessible by water or air. It was a fantastic place demonstrating both historical and modern neghborhoods. We took a short walk through town as we waited on our tour bus to go to the glacier. Our servers told us Juneau was a staff favorite because they have a WalMart :) It's all about priorities...we even saw a WalMart shuttle!








And even stopped for a photo op with the former Governor, Sarah Palin... We also saw the Governor's mansion on our tour; and let me just say...I COULD NOT see Russia...

Ava found a friend...Chief. He was there with his handler collecting the tour heading out to the Sled Dog camp!
