Our Incredibly Blessed Family
We are so fortunate to be able to celebrate with so many wonderful family members, too many are not in this entry. We have such a fun time with so many wonderful stories to share. It was a priviledge to spend time with these amazing people. I am so thankful that my daughter and husband have been lucky enough to get to know the people that have been so influential in my life. I will cherish this visit and treasure these memories forever!!

WOW! I have lots of cousins :)
Ava Meets Brady
Ava finally got to meet her cousin Brady... and even hold him and give him kisses. She was super gentle with him and extra loving. Always a little mommy to her friends, stuffed animals, and dollies - she made no exception with a real baby! She held him, rubbed his tummy, and said in the sweetest little voice, "it's ok Baby Brady, it's ok"...talk about MELT YOUR HEART!
And, I got in a little snuggle time of my own!!

Thank God...I'm a country girl
My Aunt and Uncle live in the "country" and have some beautiful land with a creek bed that runs at the bottom of their backyard. My uncle has worked very hard to make this an amazing place for the kids to explore. Ava, of course {being the city mouse}, explored EVERY inch to the fullest!
Her gymnastics skills came in handy when she found this log/"balance beam". She was a pro! She did meet the ground under this log, but only once...and thankfully after a quick little hug and some comfort {that most likely helped mom and dad more than her}...she jumped right back up on it!
She had a complete LOVE/HATE relationship with this swing. She watched all her cousins swing and she begged for a turn. When her turn came, she loved it - for a swing or two - but then quickly informed us "I'm done". Well, until her next turn anyway ;')
Always the climber, it didn't take her long to practice her log balancing on the retaining wall...
Nana was a little nervous and when she told Ava that she was scared, Ava demonstrated her "scary" face...
